When you get access

Everything is designed to ensure that you have the right tool at the right time: you receive your access codes a few days before departure, and messaging becomes available 24 hours before travel.

Need to change your reservation?

With travel assistance, you can ask us to make changes to your reservations. We'll take care of it for you you write us your request via the app, and our team manages the change directly with the service providers.
